Honey Meringues


2 egg whites
1/4 C - 1/2 C honey
Dash of salt

Beat egg whites and salt till stiff but not too dry.

Add honey and beat till thick and at stiff peaks stage.

Drop spoonful's onto baking paper on a tray and cook at 140ºC for 30-40 minutes, until they are pale golden.

Store in an airtight container.
