3/4 C honey
1 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 C water
Whisk all ingredients together in a pot and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Once the syrup thickens (about 5 minutes), remove from the heat and transfer to a glass container/jar. Store in the fridge.
To serve - warm for 1-2 minutes in the microwave to encourage it to pour nicely.
